Multiple segments in a journey

I know a lot of people have been waiting for this! You can now add multiple segments to start a journey. You now don’t have to create one big segment to only use one in a journey. This makes it a lot easier for a lot of users, and less segments to manage!

Limitations

  • No outbound segments
  • No mixed audience types (all contacts, or all leads)
  • Max of 25 segments and under 10M contacts, whichever comes first
  • Only one-time journeys with static audience at the time this post was written. You can’t use a one-time journey where newly added members can start any time or repeating journeys.
  • Can’t use your own Azure Data Lake Storage account
