I’m Malin Martnes, and I’m passionate about helping businesses succeed in the ever-evolving world of marketing and CRM.
With over a decade of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365, marketing and CRM, I’ve worn multiple hats as a user, consultant, and trainer. In 2019, I had the honor of being recognized as a Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP). I also became a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) in 2020 and a MCT Community Lead in 2024.
My journey started with a deep interest in marketing. Although life initially led me down a different path, I never lost my passion for the field. Over the years, I’ve seamlessly integrated my expertise in Dynamics 365 Marketing (now D365 Customer Insights – Journeys) with my early passion for marketing, bringing a unique perspective to my work.
My focus encompasses the CRM side of Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys and Customer Insights – Data.
My mission is to simplify the complex, making these powerful tools accessible to all.
