The upcoming features for Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Data in release wave 1 2025 promise significant enhancements. Key improvements include Copilot integration, Delta Lake for faster updates, and better synchronization options with Fabric OneLake. Enhanced audience targeting based on prior engagements further strengthens campaign relevance.
Microsoft is set to unveil exciting new features for Customer Insights - Journeys through October 2025, with many transitioning to general availability by April. Key enhancements include journey automation, data export capabilities, waitlist registrations, event portal creations, and streamline event communications.
You can now have multiple segments to start a journey in Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys.
